Our
Laboratory
In our farms,we have full-time professionals to take charge
of water quality control,fish disease prevention,fish food research,the
selection and culture of excellent fish,packing and shipment
process control and our staff's technical training.They ensure
that every box of fish has been strictly quarantined.In case
of any problem,they will take prompt action to avoid any unhealthy
fish being delivered to customers. |
Regular
Training
To achieve the fruitful efforts and strong pertinence, we have
made the regular training in all work-team which is in charge
by every principal and drew up available monthly plan approved
by educating department.
All work-team have classes including the professional knowledge
and managerial system twice every week. After completed, we
should accept the examination as the achievement is brought
into the performance of evaluation.
"Connecting People" is deeply rooted among the people and carried
out in every details.The educating,training, encouraging and
respecting person is our training policy.Therefore the more
development of the company,the more opportunities the employees
obtained.Our company has set up many levels and ways training
systems including pre-job training, on-the-job skill training
and management.
The pre-job training has been provided the essential help and
service for the new employees so that they can understant Tung
Hoi,familiar with the main products and corporate culture ASAP.On-
the-job skill training, the employees can make progress in their
working skill and exert the largest potential and innovation
in every position. The main way of training is the lesson of
special skill and the special topic training. |
